You can register any type of travel, including official trips as well as private trips. Before registering an official trip using your official email address, please consult and respect your respective employer’s rules and obligations with regard to the use of your official email address and missions.

You can decide freely if and what type of parcel you want to bring or take along.

Yes. Please be aware that you are personally responsible for whatever you bring or take along during a trip. You should only accept requests and parcels from people whom you trust. You should only accept parcels the content of which you know and which are not illegal.
With your registration and use of Parcarma you agreed to accept the rules and laws of transportation of the respective carrier or means of transportations. You are responsible for respecting all customs and tax legislation applicable for the respective countries you are travelling to and from. Please inform yourself about these regulations before accepting a request and taking or delivering a parcel.

In this case, we urge you to contact your matching-partner as soon as possible. Parcarma is a matching-platform and cannot guarantee the successful completion of the delivery process. Parcarma is not liable for the loss of any parcel.

In order to avoid fees, you should be careful not to exceed your personal luggage allowance. Otherwise you are responsible for paying the additional fees. You should clarify any fee reimbursement arrangement with you matching partner beforehand.
